You get no reward after wasting 2-3 minutes answering questions to find out the survey doesn’t apply to you. Your first survey grants close to 300pts—the lowest payout tier is 20000+ points ($15 BTC, USDT, XRP or LTC). Bug #1 - I just downloaded the Crypto Bull app and upon opening it up, I received a message stating “Update Available: A new version of the app is available to download.” If this is not a clear indication that the app is not working properly then I don’t know what is. Bug #2 - I tried to sign in with Google. I sign in and was immediately blocked from getting anywhere else as a message appeared stating “Account Deleted.” I’ve never had an account and I downloaded the app today. It’s very frustrating to see that apps like this are allowed to remain on the Apple App Store considering the fact that they do not work! There are a lot of people reporting the same issues. Have a great day! ### 1/5 — Unreliable. a month of effort for nothing. *2023-04-25* Update: as you can see from the response, the developer doesn’t care. The template response they used doesn’t help me at all and is hastily pasted in, ending with “Greetings!” Lol. Yes, I know to enable tracking. No, I never played the game before. “The offer is broken” doesn’t help me. Summary: Use Cryptobull at your own risk. Don’t expect to get any response to your support requests when they simply don’t pay you. I completed an offer (reach lvl 22 in Ant Legion) that required ~1 month of effort and I even made in-game purchases. I followed every rule closely - I’m not a newbie to this, so I know how to complete these offers. After finishing, I received no credit. I reached out to the vendor that Cryptobull uses, who directed me to THEIR vendor, who never replied at all to my multiple inquiries. I reached out to Cryptobull who hasn’t replied either. I lost countless hours of effort and even some cash, I gave all parties plenty of time to make things right with me (it’s been 2 months since I competed the offer) so now I’m giving this 1-star review If I have issues with other providers like Swagbucks, I get timely replies and remediation. That’s vital for a service like this. Trust is EVERYTHING when you’re paying time and effort up-front with the promise of a reward when you complete your side of the agreement. Cryptobull isn’t worth the risk. **Developer response:** Hi! In some cases, completed task or game offers may not show up as completed in an offer wall. This can have multiple reasons: Your tracking is not enabled You have played this game already before you started the task The task is broken If your tasks appear as in progress or pending please contact the platforms that develop the games Greetings! ### 1/5 — Non existent support, payouts held for 19-30 days, do not pay for referrals as offered *2023-04-22* Stay away from BitBurst GmbH survey apps including Poll Pay, Crypto Bull, Cash Baron, and Gopinion for IOS. Use Freecash which is licensed with the same Borland.ai interface and others and has support that actually answers. When the surveys don’t disqualify you after 100% finishing them to completion (I answer surveys honestly with genuine info and do not use VPN) the apps can be okay, and the instant payout is nice — until they decide to hold your payment for 19-30 days and the app blames a security system and the payment supplier concurrently for the issue with contradicting messages that are obvious excuses to hold money, both directly stating not to contact support as they cannot/will not help, which I already knew from previous issues that had not received a single response from the developers. My biggest issue being never being credited for referrals that showed, but of which I got none of the 30% promised and had verified my referrals did complete a payout. Much better apps, unreliable payment, non existent customer service. Don’t waste your time when there are so many better survey apps. **Developer response:** Hello!
