This app will steal your money left and right. You need to get kraken for beginners and use the pro version to avoid all fees and spreads Also, I have an active and open suit on crypto.com for cheating me out of my credit card welcome offer and complaint with CFPB. I locked my account due to an unrecognised login and their “support” don’t know how to unlock it… honestly insane. I’ve spoken to their customer support 5 times and when they don’t know what to do, they just close the chat down. Their complaints system is exactly the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ### 1/5 — Painful page *2026-07-30, version 3.10.0* Never recommended for 70 % expert it’s a difficult and painful decision to use crypto.com ### 1/5 — Locked out of funds *2026-07-09, version 3.9.0* I used to consider Crypto.com one of the fastest and most reliable crypto apps I had used for years — until this recent issue. My withdrawals stopped working, so I contacted support to clarify what happened. After that, my account was locked. The email said it was locked upon my request, but I never requested that. For around 10 days, I have had no normal access to my account or funds. I have spent over 10 hours with support, completed verification multiple times, reinstalled the app, updated the OS, tried multiple devices, and provided screen recordings. Support keeps sending me in circles with “try again” and “send another video” instead of restoring access or giving a clear explanation. They told me only I can withdraw my balance to my own account — but I cannot do that because they still have not restored access. I also asked for a formal account closure / offboarding process if they cannot restore access, but that request has not been addressed. What makes this even more concerning is that another person I personally recommended Crypto.com to reported a very similar issue: their account was also locked with an email saying it was done by request, although they say they did not request it either. This is extremely concerning for a financial service. Users should not be locked out of their funds for days, repeatedly verified, and still left without a practical resolution. It only lets you buy up The WHOLE DOLLAR amount and always leaves like 68 cents behind??? WHY??? AND, I had money from proceeds of a crypto sale in USDC and I couldn’t even withdraw draw that amount. I EVEN let the amount settle and still couldn’t withdraw it!!!! The only option was reinvest it back into crypto!!! One of the worst EXCHANGES EVER!!!! Takes so many steps to do a simple transaction too!!! Why??? ONE OF THE WORST EXCHANGES EVER!!!! ### 1/5 — Horrendous app *2026-01-08, version 2.76.1* Apparently designed by people who’ve never used it. By FAR the worst, least intuitive, and most confusing crypto exchange I’ve tried (compared to Coinbase, Coinbase Advanced, Kraken, Kraken Pro, River, Gemini, Robinhood, Venmo, and Cash App). It’s shocking how clunky even the most basic tasks are. The only reason I’m here is because Cryoto.com tried to charge me an offensively high ≈$35 fee to move $21 small of bitcoin to a new address, and the only workaround without selling the bitcoin is to first move it to their Temu-quality exchange. Now, after going spending several minutes going through their glitchy dual 2FA process, I’m told that my .0002 Bitcoin transfer does meet their .0008 minimum. Shady AF and borderline criminal shenanigans. They REALLY don’t want people moving crypto off their platform. Huge red flag. I wish Polymarket let me bet on how long it will take their executives to end up in jail, because those are the vibes everything about this app screams in its practices and UX. Yikes. Listen to my testimony about this App. *2025-12-03* I have tried many different crypto trading Applications Many are confusing and exhausting. But this app is simple and offers statistics that are helpful for beginners and people that have been around for a while. It also offers ways to learn and earn money for learning. Staking is available I haven't tried it yet but the option is there, if you're looking for something like that. Although I sometimes fell victim of crypto scam on one platform not this App, but a friend recommended Hacker Raphael to me and they were able to assist me recover it all. That’s my testimony today.
