It says average response time is 10 minutes, but I’ve waited several times for over an hour without success. Then, hours later after I couldn’t wait any longer, there’s a response saying thank you for reaching out? Most of my issues do get resolved, but I still have one I was told was resolved with a fee for a deposit I accidentally sent on the wrong network. I invested about $123,050 on a binary option platform then I decideo to withdraw after several weeks but the withdrawal wasn't successtul, then I tried to contact the platform via email and phone number, I didn't get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. Stolen BTC *2026-08-18, version 3.239.10* My phone was stolen and hacked into. They made a new whitelisted address and transferred all my btc to the newly made address. Crypto.com did not flag or stall this transaction and all of it was transferred. I opened up a claim tried to claim it back but yet its doesn’t seem meet the criteria. I am distraught as this was an endowment from my step father so ment a lot to me. Be cautions about using this company.
