This not only ruins the experience, but makes one wonder who is creating the game. An elementary-level error, such as “the butterflies cloak themself“ is extremely irritating, and so I’m deleting the app. ### 2/5 — Most of game locked behind paywall *2024-01-18, version .23* The game’s core mechanics are pretty fun, but there’s not much content. There’s only one pack of puzzles (butterflies) and the rest are locked behind individual $2 paywalls. It’s pretty, the UI is responsive, and it is lovely to play. The sheer lack of guidance is incredibly frustrating though. No prefilled letters after the first few puzzles, and no feedback to tell you something is wrong. It is a challenge Cliff, you think you’re doing okay for the first 3 levels then you’re informed of how wrong you are. It’s still a better experience than many other versions in the App Store, but I’ll not play it very often because it’s frustrating. There are not long annoying ads during the games, just if you run out of clues and need to “buy” more, but it’s very seldom, because the levels are not that difficult. It’s all about nature, so I’ve learned a lot about moths and butterflies. The sentences are sometimes a little weird, but that doesn’t take away the fun of finding out what is says. There is a daily challenge, so that is where I am now, since I finished the game. Developers: thank you!
