Says add at least one entry indicator and after adding it, says NOT_ALLOWED, upgrade plan or something. But initially it shows that a simple bot can be created with the free plan. So confusing! ### 1/5 — Substandard customer service *2023-08-14* I’ve now tried to cancel my subscription for a few days, emailing back and too and the service is poor putting it lightly…. In my bill is states stockhero so contacting them they say they cant find the account, considering they are the same company they don’t seem to know how to email my request the the right dept. Nothing is clear in terms of cancellation, the app says it will be in iTunes to cancel anytime and it’s not there, you can log onto the billing tracker but can’t cancel from there either. As soon as I joined I was asked to set up a perpetual account with guaranteed gains of 13%. It was going to cost me $500usd and I was asked for my email. I questioned it and was given no answer. I then wrote one word - scam - and within 5 seconds the entire thread was deleted. Explain that you bunch of pirates **Developer response:** I think you must have encountered a scam Telegram account. CryptoHero operates a legitimate business since 2020. Please be careful when conversing on Telegram. there are many scammers on Telegram. ### 1/5 — Poor App *2022-03-20* Went to create a bot and when trying to select an entry or exit indicator i had zero options to choose from.
