The overall UI is great, everything looks nice. 2. Too much distractions. not every user wants stuff like feeds ,community … at least there should be an option to not show these 3. OKB has rebranded but the name and logo in the app are still old ones. Cannot fetch the data of it correctly as well. I like the app version but wish it would include the ability to see my open and closed trades and what percent filled they are (as well as push notifications when trades close). I have other apps that give me specific exchange market prices and alerts already that link to my exchange so I was hoping this app would blow me away like the desktop version. No WalletConnect?? *2023-04-07* I'd like to track my portfolio in real time without having to continually update my balances manually every time I buy, sell, or receive staking rewards, but the only way to connect a live portfolio is to connect to an exchange. And who in their right mind keeps their coins on an exchange anymore? I'm a total amateur at crypto compared to most people, but even *I* know better than to keep my coins on an exchange. WalletConnect is a feature this app sorely lacks. ### 3/5 — Good but… *2023-04-06* Great app in general when it works but frequently I find out that the alerts I have set are deleted 40% of the time. I go back to alerts and nothing is set. Some other times I find out that the app has logged me out of the application without me having uninstalled and reinstalled it. I could not paste a password and the modal extension wasn't pasting my password either. Maybe I will try later. The recent update with candlestick charts prompted me to finally drop a review. If there was one thing I could find useful that the app doesn’t have yet—the ability to set permanent, recurring alerts that don’t go away after it hits the price mark. I am very thorough with my price alerts so this addition would satisfy everything I need. **Developer response:** We have plans to supercharge alerts with additional functions to allow recurring alerts based on percentage changes and other variables. It’s working great from Day 1. I set a price above and below market just to keep tabs when I can’t keep tabs on things. ### 2/5 — Charts broken. Badly *2022-01-24, version 1.1.1* 3D Bitcoin chart shows a high of 60k low 37k. Uh 3 day chart??! Lots of other charts are similar. Can’t use this app as a reliable source. Delete. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Sim hacked *2022-12-11, version 2.1.2* Don’t download this app! ### 1/5 — Why are Alerts so DIFFICULT? *2022-11-12, version 2.0.3* I just want an easy to use app that tells me when BTC reaches specific prices (ex: alert at $16.60k, alert at $16.65k, alert at $16.70k, ect.) Instead this app requires you to set alerts for when prices go below so everything has to be offset by $1. I only want alerts but instead there’s a bunch of fluff in the app taking up over 100mbs. But the real DEALBREAKER is the fact that alerts delete after triggering. Alerts are basically useless, and so is the app. Make a lightweight version (less than 50mbs) with feed and search tabs removed, maybe even portfolio removed if necessary. Make alerts persistent. Make it so that I can set the alerts to trigger at price, below price, or above price. Make that a manual process so I may set the alerts regardless of current market price. MaKe these changes and I will redownload. ### 1/5 — Notifications For No Reason *2022-09-18, version 1.2.1* When an alert is triggered, I get all excited to know which one if my alerts is it. It gets frustrating when I find that no alert triggered the notification. It seems to me that this app sends false notifications to make sure that you keep going back to the app. I already look at the app at least once every hour while I am awake. Also, I have a number of alerts already setup. Why can’t the app figure out all this and stop sending false notifications? I also recently lost many of my watch list items and alerts. I don’t understand why they don’t have notifications for these events instead before deleting anything. I would like to rely on this app. **Developer response:** Hey there usa one 👋 We really appreciate you reaching out and sharing your experience with the app. We rely on user feedback like this to improve Cryptowatch and continue to add new features 🙏 With respect to the false notifications, this may be the result of the 'daily mover' feature, which sends out push notifications every 24 hours for best and worst market performers. On our next update (v1.2.2) which is being released very soon, you will be able to go into settings, select 'automatic alerts', and toggle the daily mover to OFF. Once you do this you will no longer get those notifications. For your missing watchlist/alerts, could you please let us know if you created an account and were signed into it on your mobile device at the time? Watchlists and alerts should be maintained through updates and across devices for registered users. If you were logged in and it still happened, can you confirm if you also lost them on our desktop app cryptowat.ch? Now it only allows one indicator. Will have to find another app til this is fixed. Edit: Thanks for the update, but it still only allows one indicator and the settings page explicitly says you can only add one indicator. ### 1/5 — Meh *2022-01-20, version 1.1.1* Every time I open the app it’s frozen. We need drawing tools, at least horizontal line tool to chart support and resistance if we are to do any effective technical analysis with this app. Also the zoom feature isn’t as calibrated as I’d like it as on TradingView unless we are precise with the pinch to zoom else the app won’t catch the zoom. On the desktop app, implement a price value input field in options for horizontal lines and rays drawn for more precise lines.
