## What is Crystal Clear Aqua?

Crystal Clear Aqua runs the day-to-day of a drinking water delivery business — orders, rounds, jars and payments — from one app.

FOR CUSTOMERS
• Order water in a few taps and reorder a past order instantly
• Follow your delivery on a live map once it leaves for your address
• See every order you have placed, what was delivered, and what is outstanding
• Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID

FOR DELIVERY STAFF
• See the round for the day, in order, with each customer's address and contact
• Mark deliveries complete and record jars given out and taken back
• Record cash collected at the door

FOR THE BUSINESS OWNER
• Add customers and delivery staff, and control what each person can see
• Track every order from placed to delivered
• Keep a running count of jars with each customer
• Record payments and see who owes what
• Get notified when orders are placed and deliveries completed
• Run standing orders so regular customers are served without re-ordering

Payment is handled between you and your delivery person, in cash, at the door. The app records what was collected — it does not process payments.

Crystal Clear Aqua is offered to water delivery businesses and their customers. You will need an account from the business that supplies your water, or you can register your own business from the sign-in screen.
