Free trial my a**! You can’t do a test run to convince you to want to buy a subscription so I deleted it right away. First, you have to sign up for the subscription before you can identify any stone which is kinda ridiculous in my opinion. I just received a crystal order and wanted to identify a few of them. I scanned 3 different stones and each answer they gave me made NO sense! They suggested a pure black obsidian dolphin was an amethyst or that an orange carnelian stone was a moonstone.
