Just not much good. *2026-01-08, version 8.0.6* It’s not a real app. It just provides link to the Crystal/ TUI websites. It keeps demanding you enter information, and even when you’ve done so it still continues to make the same demands. (Maybe I should have accepted cookies?) The resort information is extremely limited, and the Reps seem to use the app as an excuse not to bother meeting guests, or being physically present to give advice or help. Overall, this app did nothing to enhance my ski holiday with Crystal. My verdict: “Must try harder!” ### 2/5 — Still some work needed on this *2025-10-15, version 8.0.4* unfortunately unable to make a payment through the app payment initially goes through and then bounces back into bank account citing technical difficulties ### 3/5 — More Info Please *2025-09-20, version 8.0.2* The app is useful and helps you see the resort, weather and travel info. However when on holiday I would like to see lots more info on what is on, possible activities , weather warnings, where reps are etc. it could be so much better and keep you connected to Crystal on a daily basis in the resort. ### 4/5 — Top, easy to use app *2025-08-16, version 8.0.0* Having Skied with Crystal for the last 4 years, I’ve found the app incredibly helpful. From counting down the sleeps, finding useful report info and weather conditions, to collections of important info such as hire locations and packs as meet the team events. I was also a bit confused whether I was meant to use the TUI App or the Crystal App to check in. Have used it across several resorts and always found it useful. Suggestions for improvements would be to restore the ‘friends tracker’ feature that used to be present so that a separate tracking app isn’t required, and to consider including links to local bus timetables for exploring further afield. ### 4/5 — A handy app, small improvements needed. *2023-03-30, version 6.5.4* Ski tracking is a great feature along with the helpful resort info. Would love more interactivity across the piste map/all runs/lifts e.g. you could click on an open run which would highlight the location on the piste map and also would like to be able to save boarding passes from the app onto my wallet. ### 2/5 — No useful info *2023-03-27, version 6.5.4* Pre travel you want to know about baggage. So I download the app and it tells me I can have 20kg or 25kg if I have a “finest” booking But the app unhelpfully doesn’t tell me if my booking is a “finest” booking. Also says I have ski carriage paid for as an extra and the. Gives zero information on weights and sizes allowed. At the very, very least make an app that actually tells you something is use pre-travel. Tv is tells me zero of value, and I am now waiting in chat to find out what you could easily have told me in app if anyone actually considered what the customer wanted. I can’t believe this happened it’s like you a crushed all of happy memories with this update all ski trips past resorts and hotels now gone. What a total loss. How could you let this happen. What on earth happened?!
