Just not much good. *2026-01-08* It’s not a real app. It just provides link to the Crystal/ TUI websites. It keeps demanding you enter information, and even when you’ve done so it still continues to make the same demands. (Maybe I should have accepted cookies?) The resort information is extremely limited, and the Reps seem to use the app as an excuse not to bother meeting guests, or being physically present to give advice or help. Overall, this app did nothing to enhance my ski holiday with Crystal. My verdict: “Must try harder!” ### 2/5 — Still some work needed on this *2025-10-15, version 8.0.4* unfortunately unable to make a payment through the app payment initially goes through and then bounces back into bank account citing technical difficulties ### 3/5 — More Info Please *2025-09-20* The app is useful and helps you see the resort, weather and travel info. However when on holiday I would like to see lots more info on what is on, possible activities , weather warnings, where reps are etc. it could be so much better and keep you connected to Crystal on a daily basis in the resort. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-09-12, version 8.0.1* Does not allow a booking to be added ### 1/5 — Don’t up date *2025-09-02, version 8.0.1* Just updated the app and lost what feels years of memories. I can’t believe this happened it’s like you a crushed all of happy memories with this update all ski trips past resorts and hotels now gone. What a total loss. How could you let this happen. We spend thousands with you every year all to be deleted. ### 4/5 — Top, easy to use app *2025-08-16* Having Skied with Crystal for the last 4 years, I’ve found the app incredibly helpful. From counting down the sleeps, finding useful report info and weather conditions, to collections of important info such as hire locations and packs as meet the team events. Only 4 stars as recently app keeps logging out and resetting, would have been 5 otherwise. ### 1/5 — Hopeless Update *2025-08-15, version 8.0.0* The update has logged me out and removed all my trips and history. Absolutely awful. What on earth happened?! Hope this can be fixed, otherwise this app becomes a complete brick. ### 1/5 — Useless Update *2025-08-12, version 8.0.0* Had to load the updated app and it has lost all previous trips, doesn’t recognise me. Had to log in and even when it shows the trip booked no other information about resort is available and each time I open the app I have to log in - absolute disaster! Wasn’t this tested first? ### 1/5 — Riley *2025-08-07, version 8.0.0* What have you done, Since the last update everything has disappeared, the font virtually fills the screen ,can not log in ,well done tech team you really messed up. ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2025-03-15, version 7.3.6* Works perfectly, super useful information. Love the fact everything is in one place ## Frequently asked questions about Crystal Ski ### What does the Crystal Ski Explorer app do?
