So this app is great, and all, but, I paid for a subscription for the last three months and desperately wanting and needing to identify some of my stones and was NOT able to use the identifier. There’s  also a good possibility that I paid for the monthly subscription for much longer. I’m very disappointed because I was never able to use the option I downloaded the app and paid for the services for and I feel I should be reimbursed or a couple free months. If this problem can be resolved I will change my review. Otherwise to others out there that are needing to identify stones don’t bother wasting your time and money.

I paid for a subscription but I cannot use this app. Error messages keep popping up when i try to scan a crystal. Nothing works. This app is defunct. Wish I never paid for this. Don’t waste your time or money.

I tried to scan a couple crystals I got in a luck dip. It didn’t even recognise snowflake obsidian, one of the most heavily recognisable crystals. DO NOT download this app.

I found this app and I was so excited to use it I actually signed up for the advance subscription for a year. However after my Apple Pay was charged and it says that I have a paid subscription until next year I’m not getting the benefits of having a paid subscription. I’ve called and left a message for the company I’ve also emailed and have not received a response. So at this point I paid for service I can’t use. It’s quite disappointing actually. Update … finally after months of waiting I get a reply telling me to email again … seriously! This app is a total scam .. I want my money back

The automatic crystal identification has never worked, not ONE time. No matter where my crystals are or what the background of the photo is, it does not work. The app is also extremely slow and just feels… old. The quality of the app feels like it should be on an iPod Touch back in 2013. I was really excited about this app but it was so disappointing. Would give 0 stars if I could.
