And shipping is fairly fast (free is a huge bonus) But I just received an email from you guys promoting new Crystal products that… are NOT listed anywhere in the app. I don’t understand why there are only 5 categories listed in the APP. on your website there is a full catalogue I can put items in my cart. But when I use the APP a bunch of your products are completely unable to see or search for. I don’t understand?
