I help peri and post-menopausal women reclaim their confidence, strength and vitality through my TFY program a holistic, hormone-aware approach to lasting wellness.
Using the Crystel Coaching app, every step of their journey is supported, tracked and guided with care. This isn’t about dieting or quick fixes it’s about building resilience, restoring health and becoming part of a powerful community of women who lift each other up.
