### 1/5 — Cant open app anymore after an update.

Went to check my account. Put in my security numbers and says to update. Well I have it on automatically update. So I go to update the app and it says open because it’s new updated already. So I open the app and nope. Says to update. So I deleted the app because why not try it. Nope that didn’t work . Call the bank for help. They try to help me with a new password. Well that would work if I could even get to that point. I explain again what it’s doing. Best they can to is have me log in from their website. 
So I just left the app deleted. Tried a few days later. Still cant open my app. I’ve been using this app for 5 or 6 yrs now. And I can’t use it. One stars because they make you. Keeping app deleted I guess.

This app doesn’t do anything. I cannot view my current balance or transactions; everything is from over a year ago. I cannot transfer funds, send Zelle, view statements, or send communication for help

I have a later model of phone. I’ve had this phone for years. I can’t afford to update a new iPhone and it will not update at all! Not every one can afford a new iPhone. It says or later what am I missing. I need a new bank this is frustrating.. I have personal business I can not get done because I can’t use the newer updated version of the app

I don’t get paid till Saturday evening. Mobile deposit for me is useless. If I wanted to have any money on Sunday, you should be able to have a spending limit such as Arvest has a $200 spending limit.

The app upgrades are fab, but the mobile deposit has some bugs to work out. I have been depositing my checks remotely since the first version of app. I am a 20yr customer of this bank. Since installing this new version, I have had over 20% deposits rejected. Same check(s), same employer(s) for 10 yrs. They are not rejected when deposited in person. Maybe the camera? Everything else in the app seems vastly improved, smooth, & intuitive for the user. Super easy to use!

So busy no time to go to The CS Bank . So nice to have online banking service available so it can be done. Thank you so much for the good service. I love my CS Bank.
