## What is CS Budget Estimator?

CS Budget Estimator is an internal quoting tool built for Swagelok Australia and New Zealand account managers. Generate accurate budget estimates for custom instrumentation systems and deliver professional PDFs to your customers in minutes.

Built around three core quote types — Assembly panels, Gas Distribution Panels (GDP), and Grab Sampling Systems (GSS) — the app walks you through component selection, calculates estimated pricing and lead times, and produces a clean, branded PDF ready to share with your customer.

Quotes are synced in real time across your team, so every account manager always has access to the latest saved budgets regardless of which device they're on.

Key features include an admin-controlled component catalog where pricing and lead times can be updated without a new app release, a team dashboard showing quote activity by customer and account manager, AUD and NZD currency support with live exchange rates, and a reference photo attachment that appears directly in the generated PDF.

This app is for authorised Swagelok Australia and New Zealand staff only and requires a Swagelok Microsoft account.
