## What is CS COnnect?

COnnect Workspace is a secure communication workspace for teams and business workflows. It brings messages, contacts, tasks, and account context into one focused mobile experience.
Use COnnect to manage cross-platform conversations, review important messages, and stay aligned across different work identities. In v1.1.0, the message list now includes a quick account switcher, so you can move between accounts without losing conversation context.
The redesigned settings experience organizes profile, account security, notifications, appearance, language, and privacy-related controls in a clearer structure. Task workflows are also part of the core navigation, helping teams connect conversations with ownership, progress, and next steps.

Version 1.2.2 adds Quick Chat Links.

COnnect users can now create, edit, enable, disable, and share quick chat links or QR codes from the app. Customers can start a lightweight web chat after email verification without installing the app first, while source customers and conversations remain available in COnnect for follow-up.

This update also improves the Quick Chat Links management UI, time display, startup flow, PIN input performance, and privacy screen protection.

1. Security Assistant – A dedicated approval hub now lives in your chat list, so you can review and approve access requests without leaving the app.
2. Help & Feedback Center – Tap "Help & Feedback" in Settings, or submit a one-tap report whenever you see an error. Track your submissions, add details, and get notified when your issue is resolved.
3. Pending Reply Reminders – Customer conversations that need your attention now show a badge in your chat list. A new "Pending Messages" view collects them all, and you can mark conversations as "no reply needed."
4. Employee Profiles in Chat – See your colleagues' names and departments right in the chat list and on their profile pages.
5. Group Read Receipts – Know who's seen your messages. COnnect groups show "Read by N"; Telegram groups show "Read Details."
6. AI Assistant Now Platform-Aware – Answers are scoped to the app you're using—no more cross-platform confusion.
7. Telegram Sync – Deleted Telegram messages are now removed in COnnect, and chat history loading is faster and more reliable for upgraded groups.
