My password does not populate although it does on other financial apps and the Face ID never works. Often I can’t even get to the log in page. It just freezes on the picture of Chimney Rock. When that happens I have to delete the app and reinstall it. It’s an issue 90% of the time I try to log in. Once in the app it works fine. I’m ready to switch banks because it’s so frustrating. I hope you’ll read this and fix the bugs!
