Been a customer here for over a decade and now they have the gall to act like im stealing my own account. ### 1/5 — Bad update *2023-09-01, version 24.3.0* Was forced to update this app due to a ‘technology upgrade.’ This update is garbage in my opinion. My cell phone number is listed as all of my account numbers. I can’t tell what the balance is the account actually reflects. I’m all for upgrades, when they help the user - this has actively made my life more difficult. ### 1/5 — Hewes *2022-05-27, version 21.3.40* Never works ### 1/5 — Almost Completely Useless *2021-01-17, version 20.2.50* Wow, I am blown away by lack of features in this App. For a banking application this is behind the times; No online bill pay, unable to pull up previous bank statements or see the accounts history at all, let alone for a specific date range. The only 21st century feature is the online check deposit. Typical you can put money in but not pay any bills with it. ### 2/5 — Trash *2023-04-07, version 22.2.200* At least 2 times per month this app just refuses my password and forces me to wait until the bank opens to call and reset my account. Would like to use it however when ever I need to it forces me to call the bank to get the app up and running. Need this issue fixed. I’m 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don’t smoke, but I occasionally drink. I’m in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I’m trying to explain that I’m a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. I didn’t use it much, mainly because I had a complex random characters password and the app would not remember it. Then i discovered the mobile deposit feature by accident. I now use it every day. It makes deposits SO much quicker and easier than mailing them or driving to Tractor Supply to deposit them.
