I have tried all my passwords and usernames that I set up for this account and telling me it does recognize my account. If something happened to my account or my password got changed or username you should call me to let me know or shut down my account instead of me trying to log in to see if I can stuff for Christmas for family ### 1/5 — App doesn’t load properly most times *2021-08-12, version 21.1.30* The latest version has been a nightmare on my iPhone. With Touch ID turned on the app never prompts me to use Touch ID feature and doesn’t work when I try to use it plus half the time it won’t acknowledge my log on password. This is the only app demonstrating these issues. I don’t find it easy or user friendly at all. Bank customer service couldn’t help either they suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app which I did numerous times and ways so without any other ideas from customer service they blame it on my Iphone ### 2/5 — App doesn’t load half the time *2020-12-30, version 20.2.50* Some days I can see my balance and other days the app won’t load.
