### 1/5 — I Do NOT have a rooted or jailbroken phone

The app is useless.  I cannot use it due to the message that my phone is jailbroken or rooted.  I called the bank, got no help. I went to my phone provider and they also couldn’t help.  So basically the app is useless.  I have been without the app for months and it is inconvenient as the app is way more user friendly on my phone than the website. Just a bummer that no one can help me fix this issue!

I don’t like this app. The Face ID is turned on but only works sporadically. I have had to use my password for the past 3 days for whatever reason. Also, there’s no running balance in the app, you have to log into the website to see that. Also if you pay with online banking they don’t pull the funds until the other party cashes the check which could be weeks. So good luck remembering the checks you’ve sent out.

Simple and clean looking GUI. Functions as expected. It would be nice to see a dark mode in the future which either inverts it to white on black or keeps the same color scheme while switching the white to a dark gray.

I love that I can see my balance , transfer money and put in my checks without having to try and make it to the bank before they close.
