When it first launched, there were multiple issues with logging in. I live in the UK and was very satisfied with the old app, which had far fewer problems. At launch, I was required to verify my account via text message, but the verification consistently failed and I kept receiving an error saying “login failed.” That month, my mobile bill reached £130—far above my usual £10—simply because I urgently needed the app to transfer funds. Although the app began working after a few days, it has remained unreliable and frustrating. Sometimes it won’t load at all, even after several attempts, and other times it takes ages just to log in. Worst of all, it feels like it never works when you need it the most. I’ve been using NRI banking with CSB for several years, but this experience has left me with no choice but to switch to another bank.
