Please stop calling yourself a bank with online service. This is a Yoga app where you can test your patience while trying to access your bank account online.

A few years back this new app from “Csb” was introduced. I thought it was a step forward. But later I realized it’s a trash app with absolutely no improvement even after years. Half the features are broken. UI is trash. Now with the last update, it’s forcing for giving access to my location or else I can’t even login.

My home branch doesn’t even have a fully functional email ID for the branch in this era, so there is no surprise that the app is facing this predicament.

Hi, I use iPhone 13. I cannot login to the app as the app does not allow me to enter the OTP received in the same phone after entering Userid and MPIN. The OTP does not automatically appear on the keyboard and the keyboard is just numerical(0-9 not qwerty). When I manually try to enter the OTP, the app does not allow that and I can’t login. Please help.

The worst application I used and heard ever. I can’t enter the OTP to the application to register. Customer care says it doesn’t supports the new IOS version. Kindly request the developer to improve the compatibility to other customers from outside India.
