After repeated tries it sometimes works but sometimes not. After three rejections it should go to a human for review. If I wanted to be rejected by a computer there are plenty of big banks that would like my business. I want a home town human touch. It’s completely missing from the app. ### 5/5 — Zelle doesn’t work *2023-03-01* I’m unsure of what happened, if it was a new update or what, but I have been unable to send money using Zelle for months. I can receive payments just fine but the option to send through Zelle doesn’t exist anymore. That poses an issue because if I use the Zelle app I’m prompted to use the CSB app, and well…you see my dilemma. Both my wife’s checking account and mine are shown online as one account. I will assume if I don’t recognize a deduction it was made by my wife but what if it is a fraudulent charge???
