I frequently make deposits and have them rejected because the amount doesn’t match the picture. After repeated tries it sometimes works but sometimes not. After three rejections it should go to a human for review. If I wanted to be rejected by a computer there are plenty of big banks that would like my business. I want a home town human touch. It’s completely missing from the app.

I spent several hrs figuring put I had to remove all acct info and start over with this update. Awful job and would get a 0 if your rating system allowed. 

Previous ver. much easier to use also. This one is very clunky. New is not always better.

If all your accounts are on one statement you won’t know if a transaction is legitimate or not. Both my wife’s checking account and mine are shown online as one account. I will assume if I don’t recognize a deduction it was made by my wife but what if it is a fraudulent charge??? Same for her I have asked for the accounts to be separated but so far no action on the banks part.

Hate is a strong word. I know. But I’ve never felt so much frustration. Can’t even log in. There is always an error message and it’s always on their end. They tell me to check my credentials. Makes me think they lost my account because they can’t find my email or username.

Picture taking on new app is hypersensitive & can take quite a few takes to be successful

Needs confirmation number and it does not read "For mobile deposit only" very well had to do it several times

I’m unsure of what happened, if it was a new update or what, but I have been unable to send money using Zelle for months. I can receive payments just fine but the option to send through Zelle doesn’t exist anymore. That poses an issue because if I use the Zelle app I’m prompted to use the CSB app, and well…you see my dilemma. It’s a never ending circle.
