ATTENTION: Only for use in participating CSC GO laundry locations.

Laundry is easier with CSC GO. The app enables you to pay for a wash or dry using a Credit Card or digital wallets such as Apple Pay.  It makes it easy to lookup machine availability before you head to the laundry room, and notifies you when your clothes are ready.

So unfortunately the washer we use here at volume 2 are not that great, they can get the smell of a new wash in but they won’t wash out stains as well since they are older model units, and obviously if we had an upgrade to a better washer and dryer system we would ultimately have to pay more which also would be worse. It could be better but it could be worse. They do a decent job. They have also broken down  more often then the way should which causes a lot a problems for a weekly wash situations cause there’s never a predictable timeframe for the washer or dryer to be repaired. So for $2.25, not all that much worth it for a so called amenity.

You are the worst company ever. I’m tired of playing this stupid game of the washing machine not being repaired properly or replace properly. You need to replace the machine closest to the door because it always goes back to an error 19 get your person that comes to fix it fixes it two washes later it’s broke again fix it now

Machines never work at my location, submitting complaints is a hassle, and machines are rarely ever serviced. I’ve wasted so much money on re-running dryers and getting help is seemingly intentionally difficult
