It could be better but it could be worse. They do a decent job. They have also broken down more often then the way should which causes a lot a problems for a weekly wash situations cause there’s never a predictable timeframe for the washer or dryer to be repaired. You can’t request multiple refunds. You have to wait over a week and then they don’t ever tell you if you will be getting a refund or not. The machine machines are constantly down and they take forever to send anyone over to fix them. So many times have I started a load it took my money and the machine didn’t register that I paid probably wasted hundreds of dollars. The machines also are so expensive almost 3 dollars to wash a load of laundry.
