للأسف، التطبيق نادرًا ما يعمل بشكل صحيح. منذ آخر تحديث لم أتمكن من تسجيل الدخول نهائيًا، حيث يطلب مني في كل مرة توثيق الحساب، لكن عملية التوثيق لا تكتمل أبدًا.

وعندما أحاول استخدام التطبيق، تظهر لي رسالة تفيد بأنني مسجل الدخول على جهاز آخر، مع أنني لا أستخدم سوى هاتفي ولم أسجل الدخول من أي جهاز آخر. ونتيجة لذلك أضطر إلى إعادة محاولة التوثيق في كل مرة.

حتى قبل التحديث الأخير كانت هناك مشاكل كبيرة في تسجيل الدخول؛ فقد كنت أُطلب لإدخال كلمة المرور عشرات المرات (ما لا يقل عن 37 مرة) قبل أن أتمكن من الوصول إلى قسم المعلومات العامة أو قسم ساعات العمل.

للأسف، التجربة الحالية للتطبيق محبطة للغاية، وأتمنى معالجة مشكلات تسجيل الدخول والتوثيق بشكل عاجل حتى يتمكن المستخدمون من الاستفادة من الخدمات الأساسية دون هذه المعاناة المستم

التطبيق كفكرة جيد، لكنه صعب على أرض الواقع، كل شوي يفصل ومانقدر ندخل على النظام بسرعة، والفترة الحياتية للدخول قصيرة لازم تجديد كل شوي ويعلق، عندي شغل لازم أسلمع ضروري والتسليم غداً وصارلي ساعتين مو قادرة أدخل، من الموقع احط ارسال الرمز وفي التطبيق ما يفتح شي… حتى لما يوصلني الاشعار يكون مكتوب اشعار! الرقم ما يطلع لي على الشاشة كنوع من اختصار للوقت
