## What is CScribe?

It’s now possible to have the same voice-driven experience you’ve come to rely on every day with Dragon Medical through CScribe™, a mobile solution for GE Centricity EMR.  Retrieve patient updates from Centricity and complete them on the iPad.  When finished, click a button, and the information seamlessly flows back into Centricity populating the update as well as your database.
 
Providers can enter narrative text via voice recognition, add, change, and remove both problems and medications through touch gestures or voice commands, and have all of the information return into the patient chart as an office encounter.
 
Providers can efficiently review prior and current clinical information, document the current visit on the iPad with integration into CPS, and remain compliant with E&M coding and documentation requirements.
 
CScribe provides another avenue for documenting the patient encounters without being tied to the desktop computer.
