Cannot sign in, the OTP is not receiving to the mobile. Tried few times but failed. Pls support

I have tried for days to sign on but the app is not accessible. I get error message: “Looks like there is a connection error. Pease try again in a moment!”
The moment has turned into days and months. Contacting CSE has been of absolutely no help.

It’s a shame to note that this app has an error with biometrics enrolment. Come on guys, you are supposed to attract investors. This should have been rectified with the first complain. Very poorly developed app along with poor maintenance

When opening new CDS ac the FaceID registration on iPhone XR using iOS14 gets an error. Can’t proceed further.
Also include a contact app developer option to send information about bugs.
