It would have been nice to know that I was getting charged $19.87 just to “verify” for this app to work. 
It lists you case info, bit then it opens another window to the actual online touch payment website, sooo…? What gives?!
What am I paying for here and why wasn’t I told I would be charged before I was actually charged???
