I can’t access my tix to change the price! T  game is in a few weeks! I could lose money on this. Not a good app.

I have been trying to sell my tickets for hours now. When i get to the sales portion of the app I am asked to enter a 6-digit code. However, the code never was sent to my email. I tried the resend button several times and no code in my inbox or junk folder. Im not sure why this extra step even exists since the tix are showing in my account. 

What needs to be done so I can list my tickets for sale? Each day is precious so Im not stuck with these tix.
