But the support team completely ruins the experience. I made a real money purchase specifically to complete a task within the deadline. The reward was never credited. When I contacted support, my reports were closed multiple times without resolution. Agents ignore evidence, give copy-paste responses and close tickets without any explanation. Nobody is genuinely interested in helping users. Everything must be forced out of them. This is not support — this is negligence. If you plan to make any purchases through this app, be warned — you will not be protected if something goes wrong. I just recently completed a bigger rewarding challenge for one of my offers that had been working just for it not to reward me and support from playtime and SkinApe are both robots so it’s a game of back and forth with nobody that can help, so yeah👍🏻. ### 1/5 — READ BEFORE INSTALLING *2026-05-27, version 1.99* Imagine grinding 2 months for a knife just for you to be logged out and all 170k coins taken. Disappeared into thin air. Support is a cheap bot. Gets no where. Meanwhile getting scammed by the tasks they offer for over 10k coins. Complete challenge & supposedly wait 48hrs & then say either it’s something with tracking or the provider. Grind towards a challenge that is 20-30k coins & they will literally take entire app off the challenges. I thought it was a just bad timing until it happened 3 times. 3rd time I spent money in an app for 40k coins, wake up the next morning and it was gone. It shouldn’t work like that, imo, as I worked for my points I got the items and I just got refused. Habe schon mehrere skins bekommen ohne Geld dafür auszugeben. Aber bitte bedenken sie, man braucht bisschen Zeit um die Aufgaben abzuschließen.
