### 5/5 — Less Sucrose Stress

*2025-04-16*

Tremendously helpful tool for individuals and parents needing to reduce some stress with managing sucrose intolerance. I can only wish that this was discovered earlier

### 1/5 — Unauthorized charge

*2025-02-01*

I downloaded this app. Then a week later was charged for 1.99.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Our app follows Apple's standard payment process, which requires user authorization before any charges are made. When subscribing or making a purchase, users must confirm the transaction, which clearly displays the price before proceeding.

If you believe there was an unintended charge, we recommend checking your purchase history in the App Store or reaching out to Apple Support for assistance, as all transactions are processed directly through Apple.

Keep a look out for a massive update in the near future. The update will include features for logging meals, symptoms, and much much more!

### 5/5 — Wish I had this years ago!!

*2024-04-12*

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the download and review!! It means so much to hear our app is helping you. If you ever have any questions or requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the About Us tab :)

### 3/5 — Error?

*2024-04-10*

Hello, I looked up Kate Farms and it is showing that the ingredient syrup has sucrose but there isn’t any sucrose in either of the syrups listed. Brown rice syrup has no sucrose, and neither does agave syrup. Did you program the app to mark any syrup as sucrose? If so, this means there are many errors in the results.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review and download.

We designed the detection tool to identify potential sucrose ingredients based on a validated list of sucrose items. This list is ever changing and growing, so we are committed to continually reviewing, updating, and enhancing. It does appear that you have found a discrepancy, so thank you for that :)

We will use your feedback to further enhance the tool and look forward to sharing that update with you and our users asap.

If you are unsatisfied or have any other feedback, feel free to reach out via email at csidassist@gmail.com.
