Please update Csob smart klic to iOS 26(the newest one), it doesn’t work, just endlessly loading when trying to activate app, already contacted the call center and went to the bank, no one could help, the only option is that the app is outdated, I could activate it on IOS 18, but after the update it won’t work.

Process of activation is just something incredibly tedious. Even though I was still logged in on my old iPhone, it took me over an hour to log in on new iPhone, even though I got the success SMS. Manual is basically useless and it's just about trial and error and patience...

Priserna aplikace, ktera z niceho nic prestane fungovat a reaktivace je nemozna. Jsem kvuli teto aplikaci naprosto neschopny pristoupit ke svym financim v CSOB. Napriklad Moneta a Fio to maji vyresene mnohem lepe.

**Developer response:** Dobrý den, reaktivaci můžete provést na přihlašovací stránce do portálu Identity, kde zadáte své Uživatelské jméno a heslo, kliknete na Přihlásit a poté kliknete na "Aktivujte si ho znovu". Dále postupujte podle pokynů. Pokud Vám ani toto nepomůže, kontaktujte, prosím, naši linku Helpdesku elektronického bankovnictví 495 800 111 nebo naši bezplatnou infolinku 800 300 300. Pri prihlaseni do internetoveho banklvnictvi aplikace hlasi, ze je potreba nainstalovat a aktitovat smart klic. Smart klic nainstalovany a aktivovany je.

The old version was amazing, but this one crashes all the time. The authorizations don't go through. Whenever I want to authorize a payment I need to restart the app to be able to load. I hope that this issue gets fixed. Very annoying...

I’ve recently updated my phone and now I’ve discovered that this app now longer allows me access to my bank accounts. I’ve had an account with ČSOB for 15 years as a non Czech citizen but now it only allows a Czech ID card to create a profile within the app which prevents expats with accounts with this bank accessing the ČSOB banking app.

After last update the app is always crashing when authorizing transaction by fingerprint. I have to launch app for the next transaction again and again. I am running this app on my iPhone 7 Plus powered by iOS 10.3.3. Hope fix will come soon.

Snazim se aktivovat smart klic na novem iphone 12 pro s ios 14.1 a porad hlasi “activation failed please check your internet connection”

**Developer response:** Dobrý den, včera jsme měli krátký výpadek. Ale už jsme funkčnost obnovili. Zkuste to znova. Omlouváme se za způsobené problémy.

This works well. For Mac users, it is only a little inconvenient to use Smart klíč instead of usual SMS: if you have your iPhone charging somewhere else than your Mac, you could still log in if you set up Text Message Forwarding on your iPhone in Settings > Messages. After activating this app, you have to have your iOS device around. But well, they say it's more secure. And indeed typing just a pin is smarter than retyping the nine char code.

I hope you will be able to avoid the PIN by using TouchID soon.

Safe, secure and reliable app that enables me to authorize payments in CSOB environment without nees of sms re-typing.
App used to crash, but not anymore.
New design looks ok to me.

Well done app, much appreciate the comfort. I really hated those SMS keys with passion and thanks to this they are a thing of the past.

Feature request - could the PIN be replaced with a fingerprint scan please for even faster authorizations?
