Only making more confusing for paying those bills. To be honest, 1 out of 10 for this app ### 1/5 — Useless App compared to JaGaApp *2025-02-22, version 2.7.5* My condo recently switched from JaGaApp to this new app, but honestly, it feels outdated. The UI/UX design is quite old-fashioned, and the app tends to lag frequently, which makes the overall experience less smooth than expected. ### 1/5 — App issue *2024-11-26, version 2.7.4* overnight parking always error and app will crash. This is a very important security safety issue! Security could act immediately to prevent the visitor from entering the premises without providing correct information or engaging in any criminal activity. ### 1/5 — Failed to register *2024-03-17* I chose the country and entered my phone number. The app just froze. The Next button doesn't work at all. **Developer response:** Hi, yeojas. We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing a frozen app :( CSS previously ran into an unforeseen technical issue where we took a preventive measure by restricting access to overseas users. Scanning the QR code brings me to the abyss. Started manual by keying the phone number for OTP and needed to wait for 298 seconds and end up nothing. Sending few times into the twilight zone. Once all visitor parking bays are fully occupied, the system should automatically prevent any new bookings.
