Receiving deliveries and updating single items in the app causes some issues. I’ve noticed that after updating prices when scanning an item, there it times it will delete the cost (kind of annoying). Adding new items will often times create items with 12 UPC digits, which sometimes causes errors in the C Store System (costs not saving correctly, etc.). These have been ongoing issues for the past 3 years we’ve been using this as a back office: please fix. ### 2/5 — Your session has expired please relog *2024-02-29, version 6.0.0* Constantly logging me out, and now I’m in an infinite loop of being logged out as soon as I log in. Am forced to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for it to start working again. 30% of the time the app is unusable, which means it works more than half the time, but that’s a pretty low bar. 2/5 please fix ### 2/5 — Decent app but not complete *2024-01-27, version 6.0.0* Ever since PDI bought cstore pro, they keep saying they will add features and improvements but they haven’t done anything besides changing the look and logo. Their prices have gone up and service the other way (Down). Can you add the ability to see the departments and categories. For example, I have the following Candy Departments: Candy (Small), Candy (King Size), Candy (Hanging Bag), etc. When I click the live sales and see the departments it’s great to see the individual Candy departments. But I would also like to see how the entire Candy departments are doing overall. And to be able to switch between the 2 options easily. ### 1/5 — Con artist do not bother loosing money *2019-11-22, version 4.0.0* They are not the original owner of this app and the company , they stole it from others and copied the same because there are companies have exactly the same and for the money they take urs . The entire platform sucks, and the app is useless. Promotions, PLU, fuel, lotto… nothing works as it is advertised. Of using this to manager business remotely, then stay away. Too many glitches. ### 1/5 — Customer service it’s really bad *2022-11-28, version 6.0.0* Not even worth it for free they don’t even know how to setup EDI ? ### 1/5 — Unreliable Service, Unauthorized Charges *2022-02-05, version 6.0.0* Live Sales stops updating every few days. All sales data is uploaded to their servers which crash a lot. Support is non-English speaking and little help. Random charges to credit card, I got refunds, but they can’t explain to me why I am getting extra charges or how to stop them. They now require a contract, so expect to pay for 2 years upfront which is over $2,000 for unreliable service.
