So many work arounds have to be done in order to access. Password shows up blank and then gives Stale request error on first attempt before even loading. Then Duo approval makes the log in more difficult because it doesn’t allow or work with the toggle back and forth without error pages. Please fix it! ### 1/5 — STALE REQUEST on Mobile *2021-09-25, version 1.0.5* Have not been able to log in once on my phone. iPad works fine. ### 1/5 — Stale Request *2021-08-18, version 1.0.5* I see “stale request” constantly as an error message in this app, as well as other apps for CSUSB including the CSUSB recreation and wellness app. I had to get a physical digital One card because the app shows “stale request” instead of the digital One card. Please fix bugs to make this app accessible for older phones. ### 1/5 — This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used *2021-08-17, version 1.0.5* Absolutely terrible. Logging in every time is hard enough, it doesn’t save your username or password and keeps giving me this stale request message, whatever that means. Difficult to navigate and overall, awful. If I didn’t have to have it it would be gone in a heartbeat. It FINALLY worked this way, but nobody is prolly going to read this n know! Please fix whatever issue is going on with the blue link at top right corner LOGIN TO MY COYOTE —> It does not work at all. It says I pressed back button and all this other stuff too long to write on here. I used to log in so easy! Course documents will not open, can’t switch between courses, help desk has been no help either. Why have an app available for IOS, if it doesn’t work on them? Even using the site on the browser the site doesn’t work. I am trying to stay logged in, other students would like to stay logged in. Therefore, please fix the login issue it would very much appreciated. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. It’s very annoying. Other than that, it works great! But really all you’ll probably need are the Blackboard and Outlook apps for most stuff. ### 2/5 — Dual Authentication Issue *2022-02-24, version 1.0.5* To login, you have to use another app to approve your login as a dual authentication system. Problem is however, every time to back out of MyCoyote app to use the dual authentication app, it registers as a stale request canceling your login. ### 2/5 — Unusable With The New Duo Two-Factor. *2021-08-13, version 1.0.5* This app was already a pain to use due to the constant log outs when closing the app, now the app is practically unstable due to the new Duo Two-Factor. I can’t even log in because accepting the Dup Push Notification completely logs me out so I’m stuck in an endless cycle of not being able to log in on mobile. ### 2/5 — Not worth it *2019-10-10, version 1.0.2* It honestly doesn’t work good, it could be better.
