Several grammatical errors, misleading images, and incorrect answers.
At one point it asked me who in the vehicle had to wear their seatbelt, I said everyone inside the car was required to wear a seatbelt (which is true). The app then told me I was wrong and that only passengers under 16 had to wear a seatbelt when riding.

I just failed but i passed it the first time it just expired. One of questions are wrong on this app.

You must park on the shoulder of a level, straight, two-lane road. Where should the reflecting triangles be placed?
The right answer: 

One within 10 feet of the rear of the vehicle, one about 100 feet to the rear, and one about 200 feet to the rear
