This app I like it, I’m a fan of CT and his videos help get my butt out the house and in the gym. For that motivation I go to YouTube and start search. Well this app has all CT’s videos you don’t need to search YouTube anymore. If your working out and you just need to be yelled at there are a few preset motivation audio tracks to hear. The option to purchase a few ebooks as well. It’s worth downloading for free, you enjoy searching his videos download this app the VIDEOS are right here.
