I have completed 9 withdrawals so far. One was done same day. Another took 33 days to complete. Average time to complete a withdrawal is about 8 days. Support will tell you that they are “having difficulties” and instructs you to use their wallet. I don’t want to use their wallet and believe that the long delays may be a strong-arm tactic to make you sign up anyway. Second, your miner gets set to inactive sometimes. Might happen twice in one day or may not occur for a week. Sometimes it happens 30 minutes after you check your balance and go to bed. Then you wake up to find your miner has been “off” for hours. It’s completely random. I’ve read that this it to keep people active, but the machine clearly doesn’t power down when they decide to “turn off” my miner. I paid for it to continue running. Who is keeping the bitcoin mined when they switch my account inactive for those hours? This is a great service if you are fine receiving your withdrawal at some point in the unknown future and can log in every couple hours to ensure they haven’t set you to inactive status. ### 1/5 — Update: Steal Stealing *2026-08-16, version 1.0.71* It's been 5 months now for a simple withdraw. The company refuses to give support, and won't let you withdraw any bitcoin off their app. They will take any money you give them but then they act like you're mining and and won't let you withdraw anything. I bought lot of miners. They let me mine for few months and then blocked an account. I got back probably 5% of my money. “NICE BUSINESS”. Never replied to my emails. Just ignoring. If you value our money stay away. As of July 15,2026: Its been 11 days and still no fix on login…will report to apple for fraudulent activity if not fixed within 15 days. As of July 13,2026: Its been 9 days and still no fix on login…losing hope. As of July 10,2026: Its been 6 days and still no fix on login…imagine spending on miners worth almost 40,000 and earning 40 per day and not able to claim it for 6 days. i will update again in few days and hopefully there’s still hope that this is not a scam. As of July 7,2026: Its been 3 days im not able to login to my account anymore, they acknowledged some customers have issues with login and they are trying to resolve it, lets see if they will be able to fix it…i will update again in few days. Observe your purchase, im receiving lesser amount of crypto every month…i purchased more miners to increase mining but instead the amount i received is even lower than before i purchased new miner. I used to have good things to say about this app. I used to have GREAT things to say about this app. But that all changed around the end of April this year. Once I hit around 50k satoshi withdrawn, my ability to withdraw was abruptly suspended without warning or explanation. Multiple Inquiries to customer support over the past months have proven fruitless. No responses other than the automated “we got your message” and then only silence. No help, no explanation, no resolution in sight, ~$500 of my money now in their pockets and I’m left in the lurch!!! The support service are liars and thieves ### 1/5 — Do not invest your money *2026-09-02, version 1.0.73* SCAM WARNING — DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY In my experience, CT Pool behaves like a scam and I strongly warn others not to invest money in this platform. They aggressively advertise very large hashrate packages, including 100 million hash offers. I purchased around 10 million hash, spending approximately $1,000. After taking my money, they suddenly suspended my account without giving me any clear, reasonable, or transparent explanation. I was then denied access to the service and investment I had already paid for. The worst part is their customer support — or basically the lack of it. I have sent multiple emails asking for an explanation and a resolution, but nobody takes responsibility and my emails are ignored. It is unacceptable for a company to take significant amounts of money from customers, suspend their accounts without a proper explanation, block access to purchased services, and then refuse to communicate. Based on my personal experience, I consider CT Pool extremely unsafe and untrustworthy. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY HERE. You may end up losing both access to your account and the money you paid. They will advertise their product and if you compute the expense it will show that you will get your initial investment in 10-12 months if you purchase the 36 month contract.
