Keeps locking up on me so I have to close the app down and restart. 
Also had a mistake done today, scap chart wrong Cl to wrong soap chart and didn’t realize till few mins later but once u sign u can’t edit or delete said chart to redo it .

The new updates are very nice for the desk top, not much change for the iPad. I love having the mobility of the iPad and not being tied down to a desk. 
   My biggest frustration is the Checkout icon, it does not have a check mark or different color for a signed note. This makes for prolonged redundancy in going over notes at the end of the day. I’d love to see some innovation in helping the doctor review if all notes are signed and closed, without running a report.
