I do like this app when it is actually functional, however it seems like chirotouch is no longer focusing on their ipad applications anymore. It seems like there is more focus toward their cloud version, but we are paying so much money for this service for the apps and the ehr program to work poorly.

The last update fixed the login crash (wish I think was a bug from November 2020 to January 2021 repair, however now you cannot add a patient to your schedule from this app.  
Why would I recommend this program to a friend when it hasn’t worked on the mobile version since Halloween 2020?

Updated the iOS and now the app doesn’t work.   It was a DAILY use app.  Contacted Chirotouch.... No answer.   Please update as a roll back is not an option.

Update: The app is working again, took a long time to get there but they did get it fixed. I would give 5 stars but can’t due to the slowness and lack or response to inquiries.

This app broke upon update to iOS 14.2 and just started working again today after a server update. About 2 months? And it’s not the first time something has broken on an iOS update.

Horrible.  If I could switch to another EHR I would in a heartbeat.  I’ve invested too much time and money to give in just yet...but my patience is waining.  And now, to top it off, the scheduler application on iPad doesn’t work since the last update.  I could go on and on and on...

This app crashed as soon as apple sent an update. We’re we warned that it crashes? Nope, and more than 2 months later we are still being told they are “fixing” it. Need better coders, might ask apple for help

I’d give 0 stars if I could since it doesn’t work. It’s not like you don’t know an iOS update is coming.  And since the devices self update now, you rally don’t have a choice.

I just update my iPad to the new iPad Air generation 4 and the provider app works the but scheduler app keeps crashing.  Apparently other reviews state this is still a problem.  Agreed we pay to much for chirotouch to have poor apps and no scheduler app for iPhones.  Please fix this problem, ASAP chiro touch.
