Not having use of my scheduler on my iPad makes me regret updating my software. Please update. ### 1/5 — Is ChiroTouch the worst EHR ever? *2020-11-29, version 7.2.0* This unfortunate bit of disorganized code is easily the worst EHR software available today. One problem after another is the key feature of this software. The latest problem, is that the mobile schedule no longer works with 14.2 iOS update. The scheduling app was never robust and prone to crashing, but now you can’t even enter your password without it crashing. I’d hate to discover that this software was owned by some element of the medical establishment that was purposely doing its part to erode the efficiency of chiropractic clinic. That’s perhaps a bit tin-foil hat of me, but at times, it seems like it. I’m sure the reality is that the folks at Chirotouch are just really poor programmers. ### 1/5 — IOS 14.2 failure *2020-11-23, version 7.2.0* Has not worked since 14.2 update. No communication from CT on when new update for CT scheduler will be out. Apparently other reviews state this is still a problem. Agreed we pay to much for chirotouch to have poor apps and no scheduler app for iPhones. It was a DAILY use app. Contacted Chirotouch.... No answer. Please update as a roll back is not an option. Update: The app is working again, took a long time to get there but they did get it fixed.
