Clarity improvements to the modifier screens, based on emergency physician feedback. - Vital sign findings are now grouped by dimension — Respiratory, Circulatory, Level of Consciousness, and Temperature — so you can scan one system at a time. - Options within each group are ordered mild to severe, matching how severity is usually read. - Pain screens now state the pain axis in plain language rather than CTAS terminology. The full CTAS term is retained in the breadcrumb and in "Why this level". - Pain options are grouped acute first, then chronic. - The Continue button now reads "No findings — continue" when nothing is selected, making it clear that recording no findings is a valid answer. - A new References section in About links to the official CTAS source documents this app's triage logic derives from. All CTAS acuity levels, encoded labels, and source citations are unchanged.
