I can’t login on my phone anymore. I keep trying to enroll but it’s not recognizing my information. I’ve had my savings account for almost 10 years. Thankfully I wisened up and closed my accounts and went to another bank. I’d been on the fence for a bit about changing however, after the app experience plus finding out/hearing all the racist hypocritical crap from CTB about blacks and how wonderful they are and how “black owned” is the only way to go blah blah blah I easily made the choice to go. I should at least be able to see my account and routing number within the app. Even the “help” email CTBOnline isn’t working. Please include at least the basics.
