There are far too many errors with the new version. It can be disastrous for patients if this is followed as the only source for grading. Please revise and ensure accuracy to published CTCAE criteria.

We put a lot of effort into maintaining the quality of app. However, unexpected bugs appear in some settings. We would like to have feedback from users to keep the quality of app. Please try to use the latest version if you like.
