My college recently switched to this and it is so unfriendly to use and dysfunctional. The interface alone is awful but that’s the least problematic part. It is so confusing and difficult to search for classes when registering. Why does it give me a list of over 3000 classes that are offered between dozens of colleges when I’m trying to look for classes? Can’t access anything. Honestly this is the worst system a college could have chose. This is incredibly irresponsible! I need my unofficial transcripts today and the app won’t “prompt me” with anything to login. Any attempt to press a button returns with a "servers are overloaded at this time" message. Really, it is somehow worse than the online portal for ctcLink.
