At first it connected but showed an incorrect charging state from what was displayed on the charger and no voltage or current info displayed. The charger then starting flashing red lights for the first time ever and the app wouldn’t connect even after restarting everything. I had to delete and reinstall the app. Now it connects and shows voltage and current but the charge state is still incorrect and time estimate is wrong. They broke the most essential basic function of the app!! ### 1/5 — CTEK app review *2024-12-08, version 4.0.1* Poor performance comparing to the previous version. If you decide that the user HAS TO use the app for such simple thing as charging the battery, please let us use the app directly, no logins or complicated passwords. Total unnötig und auch frustrierend, da ich mich bei jeder Benutzung der App neu anmelden muss. Ich kaufe jedenfalls kein Ctek mehr mit diesem „Feature“ und kann das auch nicht empfehlen. ### 2/5 — Keine Anzeige mehr wieviel Volt und A *2024-04-05, version 3.6.2* Bis vor kurzen hat er mir noch angezeigt wieviel Volt die Batterie beim Laden hat und mit wieviel Ampere vier lädt. Would like to see migration to utilise FaceID on IOS. Would like to see more information on the charging screen; any stats that at be available would help to make this product feel more ‘smart’. I’ve actually suffered two defective batteries due to an alternator overcharging issue. Would be nice if the app could tell me a little more info about the damage… if at all feasible. Login issue is the main thing that stops me using this product more regularly vs a competitor plug and play ‘dumb’ charger. Garbage. ### 1/5 — Cs One koppeln *2025-03-30, version 4.0.6* CS ONE làsst sich nicht mit dem Handy koppeln. ### 1/5 — Seit neuer Software keine Koppelung *2025-03-30, version 4.0.6* Seit neuer SW lässt sich das CTEK CS ONE nicht mehr mit dem iPhone koppeln. Somit steht der volle Funktionsumfang nicht mehr zur Verfügung, da alle Einstellungen ausschließlich über die App vorgenommen werden können. Lediglich „normales Laden“ ist aktuell möglich. Ich hoffe, dass die Entwickler den Fehler möglichst schnell beheben. Vielen Dank! ### 1/5 — App is useless now *2025-03-29, version 4.0.6* This app used to work well but now it’s totally useless. I launched it and the charger just showed as disconnected. I could not get it to connect despite connecting manually in Bluetooth. Ended up deleting the app and reinstalling. Then I could not login, just kept timing out. Eventually logged in, eventually paired to the charger then stuck giving it a name! I named it and it just hung trying to apply. Gave up in the end, over an hour wasted trying to simply find out what my charger is doing! ### 1/5 — Auf einmal keine Bluetooth Verbindung mehr. *2025-03-29, version 4.0.6* Habe das Gerät jetzt zwei Wochen in Betrieb gehabt alles problemlos funktioniert. Kein Diagramm wird erstellt auch kann man nicht sehen was er gerade macht bzw. Bei welchem Ladezyklus er sich gerade befindet. Seit 7 Stunden nur die Meldung in 1 Stunden fertig. Laden geht auch so. Naja, kostet ja nichts 😉 Viel kann sie nicht, aber nach (simpler) Erstellung eines Nutzerkontos verbindet sie sich ratzfatz mit dem Ladegerät und zeigt (in Bluetooth-Reichweite natürlich…) den Ladestand an und gibt mir die Möglichkeit Ladung oder Rekonditionierung einzustellen bzw. das Laden auch zu beenden. Заряд на паузу тоже не поставить ? ### 2/5 — Needs work *2026-04-27* I plugged it to my Porsche lithium battery for maintenance. The battery was ok. It started saying the the voltage was at 13.5 and needed 8 hours for a full charge. One light fully lit and one light blinking. After 5 hours the state was the same, 8 hours to fully charge. The voltage was at 13.8. Then suddenly, in 30m it went to fully charged. So it took 5.5 hours, but how can I trust these numbers if it tells me that it still needs 8 hrs of charging, and 30m later it’s fully charged? Also, it’s supposed to identify my type o battery but it doesn’t show this anywhere. Die App zeigt z.B. eine verbleibende Zeit von 1 Stunde. Das Ladegerät zeigt aber nur einen Balken an. Das Aktivitätsprotokoll erklärt sich mir nicht.
