## What is CTM Agent?

The CallTrackingMetrics Agent App allows you to manage the inbound phone calls coming from all of your advertising channels. Answer calls, texts, and chats directly from your mobile device. You’ll also be able to make outbound calls, receive push notifications for incoming live chats, return a call or text message, and take notes or read from a script while on a live call, all within the app. 

Each phone call coming in through your marketing channels immediately appears in the app. Access caller data, including the source and keyword of each call, and add notes and tags for each caller. You can also review the recordings of all incoming calls through your tracking numbers.

Horrible app made me miss so many calls

Incredibly glitchy and unreliable as an app for iPhone. Refresh rate is poor. I often have to fully close the app and reopen it to refresh text messages. If I am in a message thread and receive a response from a client I have to exit the conversation, reload the app, and then the message will appear in the message thread. I wish the iOS app was more functional so that I could rely on receiving communications when I am away from my desk.

They switched us from Ringcentral to this garbage. No group text no video messaging, turns to “not ready” constantly so you miss business calls and texts absolute nightmare you will lose so much business using this

This has never been a good app. You don’t get notifications half the time when you receive a text, can’t change contact information from the app, I can no longer text photos on the app. I have to log in and out several times a day because it just freezes and stops working. I wish our company would go back to 8x8
