Always consistent dramas with this app, very clunky and now with the latest update i can log in and it will not load

My company recently moved to CTM. Can’t understand why except that it must be must cheaper. The cheapness shows in the quality of the app and web experience.

The app shuts down in the middle of booking several times. Super frustrating because I have to start all over- adding in the dates again and many times it will do this after I already spent time choosing flights etc. Additionally, the photos to view for the hotel stays are distorted and you can’t actually see the space. It will also randomly shut down when trying to view photos of the hotels. Please update!
